Organization and Management

The accompanying exhibition to the conference gives participants the opportunity to obtain information about their special field of interest. Exhibiting companies have the chance to promote their products directly to potential customers. Because the exhibitors have to pay a stand fee - they cover part of the conference costs.

SCC will take care of planning and schedule monitoring for you, to ensure timely and appropriate action at every stage of the project. Planning and monitoring of time and action ensures a successful event.

SCC monitors budget administration, places orders with subcontractors on behalf of and for the account of the organizer, prepares accounts for work contracted out (e.g. with caterers, decorators, copy writers, interpreters, translators, graphic designers, artists, etc.)
